5. TODAY's new Blog Post: LESSON PLAN with Focus on introduce and formative assessment. ALSO Please embed Padlet into this blog) I have read and graded most people's blogs--Sent emails is issues. I will be checking all blogs again between Tuesday Oct. 27-Sunday Nov. 1 Individual Email will be sent with 4 "grades". Starting Nov. 3. I will be looking at this last blog post (lesson plan) for total of 25 points. I will accept late blog for 80%. Please think about adding images, links, ect. to your blogs--Lots you could be linking or adding images of. Part of the process. Adding to Padlet: Pick a topic for a lesson plan. Find an artifact for your introduction: post it to the padlet below. BE SURE TO ADD YOUR NAME for TITLE.
Part two class today: Lesson Plan: Introduction and formative assessment.
We will complete two lesson plans (each 12 points) over next week two. Next lesson will focus on the "lesson" part--IT WILL BE THE C3 Project lesson plan--DUE DATE CHANGES TO NOV 12. *** please check email. We will not meet on Monday NOV 9TH. However, we may need to meet on Wednesday of that week--TBA 1. You will use the provided lesson plan formate to write a lesson and add it to your blog. Google doc version: File make a copy and rename Word Doc version: BELOW
2. Pick a topic, standard, and complete the lesson plan.
3. Post finish lesson plan to a blog post by class next Monday. 4. In the written blog, summarize the topic, goal, ect. FOCUSE on how you plan to introduce the topic and how you will use formative assessment to guide your instruction. These are very important components to your evaluations once you get into a district. 5. Add links, images, ect. that are part of your lesson plan to the blog. 6. Either upload a word doc with your lesson plan or have a view only google doc BUTTON LINK in your post. Next week we address the C3 project grading at the start of class, as well as the lesson plan for that project.
