Have to stop on way, maybe few minutes late.

I  received one email about meeting this week. It was from a student in the Saturday class. Therefore, I will be on campus in the lab on Saturday Dec. 1 from 10:00-11:00 (or later if needed).  Anyone from either class can come to this open lab if they need help, have questions or just want to work.  Have a good day and work hard on these last few assignments.

I will be reading all blogs this week.  I will start on Saturday, so make sure all blogs are posted lived and ready to be graded.  The blog for your lesson plan and wiki are not due at this point.    Garth

UPDATE: a few links are broken on the word doc.  DO the best you can.  Sorry

This week you are expected to spend two to three hours searching the web and taking notes.  You will do this with your blog buddy.

This week you will be looking at some emerging technology as well as applications for phones and tablets (Ipads and android).  Keep links and screen shots for your blog.  You should be doing this with your blog buddy.  YOU WILL WRITE ONE BLOG ON A GOOGLE DOC AND POST THE SAME BLOG TO BOTH OF YOUR BLOGS.

The assignment and links are a word file located below.  Download and save and complete the assignment.  One of you can upload this to google docs and then share with your blog buddy so you can keep notes right on this page.

Email or skype with any questions and or concerns.

A FEW ADD ONS FROM CONFERENCE:  Lots of talk by David Pogue (New York Times Tech columnist) on Augmented reality apps... Really cool stuff.  Check it out.
One example :   http://questvisual.com/us/
Article on several examples, you can also google the term and search on your own. http://www.pcworld.com/article/253530/top_15_augmented_reality_apps_for_iphone_and_ipad.html

Also, The Ohio Dept. of Education has hightlight two students blog from this class on it website.  How cool is that?  The state is noting your work.
